Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use firegrowthai.com or buy services from FireGrowth (“we”, “us”). If a signed proposal or order form says something different, the proposal wins for that engagement. By buying our services you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

• Creative Sprint: a one-off package of ad creatives (for example, 20 creatives delivered within 7 days of kickoff).
• Monthly plans: ongoing creative production and management of your ad accounts, and optionally outbound campaigns.

Scope, deliverables and timelines are set out on our pricing page or in your proposal. Timelines start when we've received payment and the materials we need from you.

• Provide accurate information and the materials we need (product images, brand assets, reviews, account access) on time
• Only give us materials you have the right to use, including images, trademarks, testimonials and customer reviews
• Review creatives before they run, and make sure your product claims are true and your offers are lawful
• Keep ownership of, and pay for, your own ad accounts and ad spend

Prices are in US dollars unless your proposal says otherwise. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable taxes at checkout. Creative Sprints are paid in full before work starts; monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.

Ad spend is not included. You pay advertising platforms such as Meta and Google directly from your own accounts. We don't take a percentage of your ad spend.

• Creative Sprint, before kickoff: cancel before work starts for a full refund.
• Creative Sprint guarantee: if you don't want to run at least 5 of the delivered creatives, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the Sprint in full.
• Monthly plans: month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The current month isn't refunded, and there are no cancellation fees.

To request a refund, email contact@firegrowthai.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Once you've paid in full, the final creatives we deliver are yours to use, edit and run however you like. Your ad accounts, data and brand assets always stay yours. We keep ownership of our internal tools, prompts, templates and methods.

We won't publish or show your creatives or results publicly (for example as a case study) without your written permission.

We use AI tools to help produce creative, and a person reviews every deliverable. AI output can still contain mistakes, so please review each creative before it runs. We aim to keep creatives within advertising platform policies, but platforms make their own approval decisions and may change their rules.

Advertising results depend on many things outside our control: your product, offer, website, budget, competition and platform algorithms. We don't guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, ROAS or cost per lead. Figures on our website are examples and are labelled as such.

We keep your non-public information (account data, sales numbers, strategy) confidential and use it only to provide our services. Please do the same with our non-public pricing and methods.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for decisions made by advertising platforms (such as rejected ads or account restrictions).

You're responsible for claims arising from materials you give us or from your products and offers, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs if such a claim is made against us.

Either side may end an engagement if the other seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days of written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date.

Don't misuse the site, for example by submitting spam or false information through our forms, or by trying to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first; if we can't, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
