Privacy Policy

FireGrowth (“we”, “us”) is a growth agency that makes ad creative, manages paid advertising and runs outbound campaigns for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through firegrowthai.com and while working with clients, why, and what choices you have.

When you book a call or request an audit. Our booking form asks for your name, work email, company, and monthly ad spend, and optionally your website, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you're interested in, and a message.

Partly completed forms. The booking form saves your answers as you type, so we receive what you entered even if you close the form or the page without submitting it. We use this only to follow up about your enquiry. If you'd rather we didn't, email us and we'll delete it.

When you email or message us, we keep the conversation and your contact details.

When you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. We receive your name, email, billing country and payment status, but never your full card details.

When you become a client, we receive the materials needed to do the work: product images, brand assets, customer reviews, and access to ad accounts you grant us.

Automatically. We use DataFast, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Your browser also stores your light or dark theme choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.

We sometimes contact businesses we believe could benefit from our services, using work contact details that are publicly available (for example on a company website or a professional profile). We keep this contact limited and relevant, and every message makes it easy to opt out. Reply “stop” or email naveen@firegrowthai.com and we won't contact you again.

• To deliver the services you buy, and to invoice and support you
• To improve our website and services
• To keep records required by law, for example tax and accounting records
• To protect our business and users against fraud and abuse

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Neon (database) and Google Cloud (application hosting), for storing enquiries and running our backend
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending our internal notification emails)
• Cal.com (call scheduling), if you book a time
• Dodo Payments (payment processing and merchant of record), if you pay us
• Google Workspace (email)
• DataFast (website analytics)

Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use AI models to generate ad creative. When you are a client, product images and brand materials you provide may be sent to these tools to produce your ads. We do not send payment details or unrelated personal information to them.

• Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them
• Client and billing records: as long as the law requires (typically up to 8 years for tax records)
• Client materials and ad-account access: for the engagement, then deleted or returned on request

Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the UK and EU, the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email naveen@firegrowthai.com. We'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes affecting clients, we'll let you know by email.
